Elevated above the bank of the Gomoti River, this suite comes with your own private viewing deck: a generous, sheltered platform furnished for lingering. Morning coffee as fish eagles call overhead. A sundowner as the light turns amber and the hippos begin their evening chorus downstream. A canvas chair positioned exactly where the view demands it. The deck is yours, private and unshared — a room without walls, added to your suite.
Inside, the suite is designed for those who want to feel held by the landscape even when indoors. Generous windows and open-sided living areas frame the riverine bush. The king bed is oriented toward the view. Locally crafted textiles, earthy tones, and natural materials echo the palette of the Delta outside.
Suite Two — The Bush Suite

Suite Two sits deeper within Mentubi’s private biodiversity estate, surrounded by the sounds, textures, and rhythms of the bush. Here, the landscape is your constant companion — just beyond the gauze curtain, through the open walls, across the private outdoor shower enclosure where a zebra may pause, briefly, on its way somewhere important.
Generous in proportion and calm in atmosphere, this suite is designed as a sanctuary within a sanctuary. The indoor living spaces flow naturally toward the outdoors, with wide openings that invite the breeze and the birdsong in. Natural stone, reclaimed timber, and handwoven accents reflect the craft of the communities that surround the lodge.
Step outside to your private garden shower — a fully enclosed, open-air bathing space that turns a morning rinse into something quietly extraordinary. Inside, a second rainfall shower offers a more traditional retreat for cooler evenings.
Suite Three — The Delta Suite

Suite Three is the most open of Mentubi’s three accommodations — a suite that seems to breathe with the landscape, its sightlines wide and its atmosphere airy. Positioned to capture the shifting light of the Delta sky, this is a suite for guests who find inspiration in space.
The design is unfussy and intentional. High ceilings. Uncluttered surfaces. A bed that faces the morning light. The bush beyond is framed rather than blocked, glimpsed through open panels and wide overhangs that shelter you from the afternoon heat while keeping the view exactly where it should be: present.
The outdoor shower here is a particular pleasure — a stone-floored enclosure set among established trees and indigenous plantings, completely private, completely open above. Birdsong is the only soundtrack. The indoor shower provides a warm, enclosed space with full amenities for the other end of the day.
