Tsodilo Hills

Tsodilo Hills is one of Botswana’s most important cultural and spiritual landmarks. These dramatic hills rise from the Kalahari sands and are home to over 4,500 ancient rock paintings created by early inhabitants of the region. Today the site remains sacred to the San people and offers visitors a fascinating insight into ancient history and culture.
